Isometric only for OpenMW. Turn Based only for MWSE. This is why we can't have nice things.

We have plenty of nice things, but we could have more if more people bothered to learn how to script. If I can do it, so can you.

Okay, I need some help. I just finished this mission for Caius and he gave me a bunch of black slaves to keep. I don't remember this in the storyline last time I played. Maybe this is a mod or something?
These blacks are following me around now and keep calling me master.

I knew Caius was a drug addict, but a slave owner too?

Also if you want to know where an object is from, open your console and click on the object, then type "Ori"

It should tell what plugin the object originates from

This mod makes the combat AI amazing, even better than Oblivion and Skyrim now. Highly recommended.

Very cool mod, but incredibly heavy on LUA. If you fight more than 2 enemies at once, the framerate tanks. Speaking on LUA, OpenMW finally has poison weaponization, although it's thrown only

Ah, I figured it out.

It's fine. I'll just keep the mod for now. They seem pretty useful so far at carrying stuff. They also pick ingredients for you too automatically.

Dont know if anyone posted this yet, but this mod released like 2-3 days ago, and its pretty damn good from what Ive played

Bardcraft (OpenMW)

Adds instruments and all that to morrowind, can perform in taverns/public for money, if ur shit people try to beat you up though. Implemented very nicely, not clunky at all, comes with its own animations 1st and 3rd person, can even make ur own songs to play with the 5 instruments he added, and you can even recruit other musicians to play with you and they play their own notes in the song with their given instrument.

I'm honestly pretty impressed with this one

Impressive but I dont like feature bloat

Things like camping, making tea, fishing, playing musical instruments are not my cup of tea. I prefer to polish the base game or logically expand gameplay

Yes, I installed Ashfall for one of my recent playthroughs but cut it down to only the bare necessities of hunger and climate mechanics. All of these other features are neat, but they get in the way of the bulk of the game. Necrocraft was another mod that was interesting in theory, but which I found to only interfere with me completing quests and making progress with the game.

DetailDevil's Devilish Needs did right where Ashfall did wrong. A polished needs mod without feature bloat that won't interfere much with the game while keeping immersion

Does anybody else notice that OpenMW's collision detection is way too big? I am having to use TCL in practically every dungeon mod that I play in because the corridors/ceilings are too narrow to move through. Super annoying.

Not really. Did you mod the game in any aspect that touches hitboxes?

Ket Golosov has a really great and lightweight basic necessities mod with only hunger and thirst, its like 4 kb

What do you mean, "even better than Oblivion and Skyrim"?

I meant that Morrowind's combat was already far, far superior to Oblivion and Skyrim, but with this mod the combat is "even better" now.
Enemies are unpredictable now. They hide behind architecture, they avoid your ranged attacks. They feint and dodge. If you get them weak enough, there is a chance they will surrender and drop their weapon. As long as you lower your weapon, they will stop fighting.

A couple examples.

I cannot get through here without TCL. There are several more places just like this.

This is inside the Egg Mine from this mod:
