Any way to see who's ignoring who?

So I recently realized that the of no ignore lists I thought the new forums had brought was a lie after finding http://rpgcodex.net/ignore.php



Further perusal of the list revealed that somewhere out there, there's a butthurt faggot who's ignoring the nuggets of wisdom I dispense. Would it be possible to have a link next to who's ignoring/being ignored that shows a full list of users doing the ignoring? My honor demands it!
