The aforementioned Armed and Dangerous was funnier than expected. Portal 2 was really humorous, too. Valve must have a lot of good writers because I find their games to be funny when they try to be.

Also, the Tropico series. You'd think the humor would be hamfisted given the blatant source material, but I thought it was really amusing throughout.

And you can't go wrong with playing a Worms game with friends. Really, a lot of games are hilarious when played with other people.
