There is fucking nothing.

At best some theme parks and trains stuff, mostly forever in early access.

Prison architech is very good but not truly a tycoon game, stay away from the "videogame dev simulators", those are all garbage.

"average" stuff like restaurant empire 2 and capitalism 2 are still top choices even after 15 years, is insane...

All three Capitalism games are practically identical. If you've played one you've played all.

I actually prefer the first due to the map layout and grapix.

Yes, the first has the best UI. Cap lab has a shitty DRM, so I never tried it but it still gets updates.
