You know, this rating system goes both ways.

It shows how much of X mark you receive, but it also shows how much of X mark you give. Someone giving an excessive amount of negative marks may be looked down upon, while someone giving positive marks (Hitlers, brofist, funny, etc) fosters a more healthy and productive environment.
