Scaling to the first category of the forums on site load

When I open the forums, it immediately jumps to the first category of the forums instead of staying loaded with the upper header and navigation - like this:

Instead of as it should be, like this:
lyPELh3.jpg


Fix pls??? I don't want the Codex to scale to my level.

Yeah, it's jumping to the chat text area. You'll note that has focus and the cursor is flashing,

Depends on which computer I'm on. The small pocket-sized one I carry around with me I usually use standing up.
