DU, you should make this a reoccuring deal. There will only be x Rance avatars that can be used at one time (all unique). Choice of avatars gives priority to heavy donaters during the preceding month. Don't release the $ numbers of who donated, keep people guessing.

In B4 DU donates money to himself to artificially raise the limit and cause more donations to come in.

By the way, there's no actual 6 kb limit on avatars so if you want to make some of those PNGs a bit better Q, go for it. Some of them look a bit pixellated.

So how large can they be?

The thing is they look ok in photoshop but the moment I make them 8-bit pngs all goes to hell. I would rather save them as 24-bit pngs. 15-20 kB per avatar isn't too much?
