I wish GOG would announce if they are doing a bundle pack sale thing and releasing this on day one. I'd buy the whole thing there to support DRM free if they reduced the original to $5 or less when buying the expansion. Otherwise I'll just get it on Steam.

There's a bundle put together by HBS, but SRR isn't quite down to $5:
Dragonfall will launch at $14.99 and we’ll also release the Shadowrun Campaign Pack on the same day. The campaign pack contains the original game and the Dragonfall expansion in one package for only $24.99. We think it’s a great way to get new players into Shadowrun.

Assuming that goes for both steam and GOG.

The troll portraits (I assume it's a troll because of the horns) in game look nothing like that, they tend to have jaws that look like they can support big tusks and teeth, same goes for the orcs. Maybe it's a hybrid?..

For a lot of 'em they just took portraits of people and painted fantasy stuff on 'em.

No racial hybrids on Shadowrun. Ork and Troll art styles are really incoherent on Shadowrun with the older editions sourcebooks showing ugly, fantasy looking versions of Trolls and orks while the newer editions show more humans with horns, tusks and weird teeth. The portraits are made on the newer style (convenient for them as they had to put the face of some backers on them) but the models of the NPC themselves are more on the older style.
