In Iji, your overall kill count as well as what enemies (and sometimes with what weapons) you kill, influence your character's reactions and also enemy reactions to you.

Shooting a zombie in the stomach with a shotgun at close range in Resident Evil 2, splitting the torso from the legs...and seeing the severed torso continue to crawl towards you.
