I didn't know Codex was hosted in the EU. Or has the bureaucratic power of Brussels expand so far that they can now demand multikult on any webpage hosted on the internet provided Europeans can access it?

If it was hosted in Montreal it would have to be bilingual, and the French would need to be bigger. And there would be bureaucrats inspecting it, and complaining about the prominence of the French, and fining the site.
