What he is saying is true though. Having a high end PC doesn't guarantee good graphics. PC is dominated by indies and low graphicall quality games. PC has bad APIs and fractured hardware. That is why console games tend to look just as good or better than high end PCs.

Most cross-platform games we got today are still DX9 era games. I'd expect the real "NextGen" to span it's wings in Holiday 2015 or 2016. Then the console kiddies will melt in envy.
