Wait.

I remember the epic fuckup when they released the PS4 version of Tetris. And you're telling us that they went and did it AGAIN?!?

A quality release by Ubisoft, just like MMX and HOMM7.

Although wasn't it EA that owned Tetris?

Truly, they are masters of the reverse midas touch. Boop, it's shit now.
Takes real special talent to fuck up tetris.

Can't wait for the sudden waking up in a shitty software company in Montreal to discover it's all just a part of some banalshitboring sub-plot-scene.

I wonder if Ubisoft is so big that deliberate efforts of sabotage from disgruntled employees are now untraceable.

Broken code for them is like office employees stealing pens or something like that at this point.

Before I opened the thread I thought it was gonna be about Ubisoft turning Tetris into open world game. But this is really funny too.

Shouldn't Tetris be a free game at this point? I mean the game is like 30 years old isn't it? Just let people play it in peace.

I wonder if Alexei Pajitnov gets paid for this kind of stuff. But he probably sold the license ages ago, so I guess it must be more or less public domain now.

There is The Tetris Company founded by Pajitnov himself, and this is a licensed product. (Also they are very active at crushing clones and unlicensed products.)
