Sigh. Ok, so because I like CyberP and because he made a good mod, I'll let him have a final word through me:
Major_Blackhart:
1. Simply scroll up. Take a look at that signature: DO THIS INCREDIBLY DEGRADING THING, IF YOU DON'T THERE WILL BE "PUNISHMENTS". Take a look at those tags. Remember my "prosperization", which was for "being too whiny". This and other such actions of the admin of this site essentially amounts to cyberbullying.

2. The principles of the site (hurr durr trolling & shit-slinging) and a number of its members. Take Jaesun here for example, who doesn't seem to comprehend anything that happens outside of his small bubble and generalizes large demographics comprising of diverse and often talented people he doesn't even know.

3. A general distraction: Little productive comes from visiting this site, and the degeneracy is infectious to some personality types. I try to strive to better myself, not the opposite.

4. Alongside self-ejection I requested my account be nuked/sent to retardoland so that potential future employers cannot associate this tagged account with my work/my being (a common thing to do these days is to snoop on potential employees). This as you can see was not done and it wasn't stated that it would not be done before the ejection was executed. It wasn't obligatory for this request to be fulfilled, but after the relentless bullying I'd assume there would be some decency and we could part on reasonable terms.

Now I'm not saying I was an upstanding member. By all means I probably behaved like a bit of a fool on occasion (the smart thing to do is not post at all except in the interest of business or something similar)...this place is the shittiest dive bar of the internet, really. I needed to put it behind me and move onward, but having found out my account wasn't nuked despite a polite request to do so, and then Jaesun's little comment there, well...I felt it necessary to put things in perspective.

There's more, but I'm just another insane typical non-profit modder that dedicates himself to pushing a highly complex artform that is generally looked down upon, and it really is no wonder as to why that is.
I'm glad his account wasn't nuked though.

And in my naivety I had assumed that CyberP was just a made-up internet name :negative:

Ah well, travel safely Mr P :salute:

That doesn't sound like CyberP. Are you sure you didn't make that up yourself?

Ghostdog is such a normal person that everyone always forgets him when listing sane modders. I've had to point it out several times in the past too. Really good taste in adventure games too :salute:

Oh well, the codex requires a certain mentality and cyberp was usually annoying outside his mod's thread, but the fact remains that GMDX is an incredible mod. I hope he'll continue working on it.

Judging from the DumB 4 thread, CyberdemonP was shot at until he died. I liked reading some of the things he had to say, but there were some things he just could not get.

CyberP mainly registered for 2 reasons:

1. To promote his mod.
2. To troll the living shit out of Codex like I did with Eidos forums.

He sucks at trolling, and tried too hard to do both things at the same time, which sorta backfired.

I am not so sure he wanted to troll tbh. Most of his posts felt genuine.

The primary reason was definitely to promote and get help for his mod though.

I've had PM conversations with CyberP where he acted hysterically, like he was on the verge of crying. There may have been some trolling there (especially when he didn't have edit privileges and spammed annoyingly) but I think he's genuinely "special".
