I understand I have been tagged as an alt of another user, either as an in-joke or maybe my posting mannerisms appear to be similar to that person. I don't really mind as the avatar picture is hilarious, however I would like my posting permissions in Library and Science to be restored please.

Thanks!

If you let the Wishmaster Djinn out of the bottle terrible things will happen.

Does the codex know about all TOR exit nodes?
There's a list online that you can query which will give you a list of all the TOR exit nodes that will visit your server. So yes, identifying TOR users is piss easy.

Is there something like a codex history book for fagets where I can learn about these idiotic in-jokes like Andhaira, drog, wyrmlord and random sentences spelled incorrectly or do I have to read the 200 000 topics on the forums to get it

On Dec 28th you'll have access to the joys of Retardoland. Much will be revealed in return for an appropriate sacrifice of time and sanity. The price is steep as some things are better left unseen.

Andhaira was a shitposter who pretended to be a muslim kid, posted a ton of completely inane topics, and spawned about a dozen memes. He got banned multiple times, most recently because he didn't finish a let's play like he promised he would. Drog is the guy who made the unofficial Arcanum patch, and then went insane and left the codex forever, only to repeatedly register under different usernames and troll general RPG discussion. It was so bad at one point that absolutely every new poster was accused of being Drog. Wyrmlord is someone who got famous in General Discussion so I have no idea what's up with him, really, except that he's famous for keeping notes on every prolific poster. All the other jokes you'll have to pick up on your own.

But yeah, we probably could use a Codex Lore Primer to give context to all our obscure in-jokes.

The war on trolls has become like the war on terror. Random people are picked out and sent to RPGWatch or their posting restricted to a number of forums, just to keep up the appearance of order. Meanwhile, the biggest trolls may actually be found among the moderators.
