I'm torn between thinking that Herve's whole game is an elaborate plot to win legal money from Bethesda, and that Bethesda did, in fact, enter into the arrangement with the goal of ditching Interplay. Either way, Codex wins?

I'm rooting for Bethesde out of hatred for Herve. And respect for the old interplay, now an undead animated husk.

I hope that Interplay will win and make a FOOL which will turn out to be a failure and bury it.
