All Out Games have posted a review of the Tribunal expansion pack. They give the addon to the already massive Morrowind a score of 83%, listing the lack of extra wilderness and not quite enough NPCs as its flaws.

Here's a quick look:

"There isn't a single person connected to gaming that hasn't heard of Bethesda Softworks' award-winning Morrowind. The game won accolades from nearly every circle of the gaming press, including this one, and has achieved things most games have never even attempted. Now, a scant 6 months after its release, Bethesda has already provided us with an expansion pack to augment the island where the first game took place. We're now invited to take to the mainland of Morrowind and explore the nation's capital city, Mournhold.

After so short a time, could Bethesda really have added anything significant to their masterpiece? I'm pleased to say that, while this doesn't rate as the most amazing game expansion ever made, it gives new life to players who exhausted the main game, and is especially desirable for those with high level characters."
