System Shock 2 is not early 3d. People using that term for games released in late nineties are like mongoloids calling Kotor the first PC crpg.
Hm, I wonder if those liking the early 3D look were young when it was all the rage, and such games were their first ones. Like those who love CGA are probably the kids of 80s, and so on. Honestly, I can't see any other explanations for liking it, it's hideous.
System Shock 2 is hardly early 3DEarly 3d occasionally has its benefits. System Shock 2 for instance, the low-poly visuals actually give the enemies a more eerie nightmarish look imo, it left a lot for the imagination.

Well, my first games was some later EGA ones (but mostly VGA), and I find earlier 3D pig disgusting.Hm, I wonder if those liking the early 3D look were young when it was all the rage, and such games were their first ones. Nigga, please. My first games had CGA graphics and were played on monochrome display. Still I like screenshots in OP. Graphic serviceable, not headache-inducing and have a certain charm.
I think bad font is more repulsive than bad graphic.
I look on you, WarWizard!
Ewww, 90's early 3D games...
