These are ok. Definitely better than most of the custom avatars that plague the forums these days.

I posted it here so the photoshop wizards can make actual avatars out of that picture and upload them to the Codex server.

The Asylum Demon one might be ok whenever someone from the staff feels like forcing an avatar to a shitposter,however.
