Noticed at <a href="http://www.voodooextreme.com">VE</a> that Vivendi Universal, the French company that owns Interplay and Blizzard among other gaming companies has announced that it's entered talks to sell off it's non-US based game publishing division in order to alleviate some debt woes which run to the tune of 19 billion euros.
