It seems there are some insanely good combos of worship. Eilistraee, Selune, and Bahamut make a really good combo if you are a male worshipper of Eilistraee as you don't have to do all the stuff the female clerics are required to do, and to top it off you are only required to behave "good" in order to be on their good side. If your intent is to play a Chaotic Good character this is a shoe-in because you can pray to all 3 gods before a battle and receive blessings from all three.

This is OP as shit.

You can pray to all 3 gods, and receive blessings from 0.

That's what's going to happen if you're not a cleric or other divine caster.

Eili can make your weapon glow and hit hard with her silver enchant, even if you are not a cleric. I don't know about the other gods, but if they have similar kinds of powers for their worshippers it would be OP.

From what I remember of the Forgotten Realms, while most people tend to favor a specific god, it's nevertheless completely normal to pray or to pay homage to several deities depending on the circumstances. A worshipper of Deneir might pray to Tempus when going to war, or offer a sacrifice to Umberlee before going on a ship, and still be a faithful worshipper of Deneir.

That's traditionally how things work in polytheistic religions, yes. People may have a favored god based on relevance to their personal life, but the others are still acknowledged as existing and valid, rather than followers of other gods being infidels.

No, it won't work.
When you worship a deity, you give your very soul in service to it and the ideals it stands for, at least if you are a cleric.
I don't think gods are very fond of sharing the souls of those who empower them further through worship.
However, you could pray to several deities, but your soul has to go somewhere at the time of your passing.
