This is so fucking bizarre I don't even know where to begin. You get to spend 10 minutes doing complicated math when you cast a spell, while everyone else at the table plots your demise. This is..how did...why...

It's from their campain setting and not in any general rulebooks. So it is a joke of some kind. Probably.

Arithmancy is fine if you tell anyone who takes it to figure out the "digital root" for their known spells before the games starts. Sacred Geometry too (well as fine as free metamagic is, and free metamagic is one of the most broken effects in the game) if you calculate all possible results. Both are weird, but the main point of the book it was from seems to be weird shit (lots of effects based on your draw from a tarot deck for instance).

Given the Pharaoh one is from an Adventure Path, block speak with dead, depends on your death and it requires being part of a cult, I'm 99% sure it's for NPC minions and only exists as a feat for the GM to stop it from being GM fiat or lolanartificatdidlol, in which case its perfectly fine.
