Alright, since DarkUnderlord removed the search function to save bandwidth, it is harder for us LPers to find the URLs of our updates. Here is how you can do it now:

1. Go to your latest update and click Quote at the top of the post. The URL field at the top of your browser should now look something like this:
Code:
 http://www.rpgcodex.net/phpBB/posting.php?mode=quote&p=1012437

2. Highlight the number after "&p=" and copy it to your clipboard.

3. Go to the post with your table of contents (probably the first post in your LP thread) and click Edit.

4. Add a line in the table of contents that looks like this:
Code:
 [url=http://www.rpgcodex.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?p=NUMBER&highlight=#NUMBER]title of update[/url]

5. Paste the number you copied above over NUMBER in the URL above.

Presto! You are done.

There's actually an easier way. Just right click on the little page icon next to the post date, select 'Copy Link Address' and then paste the address wherever you want it.

Yeah, that would work if someone has not already commented or something. My method is pretty much guaranteed to work, but your method is best in most situations.
