Tags: noeGNUdnoeGNUd, the improved graphical varient of both nethack and SLASH'EM has updated to version 0.6.0. For those looking for a little nethack action and like graphics, bookmark this sucker.
this release includes many graphical changes, and stability fixes, as well as the inclusion of a windows installer and slashem-0.0.7E0 for windows as well as linux.
linux version still offers slashem-0.0.6E4F8 for those of you who wish to play a stable version.
noegnud now uses a single tileset base for all variants, this move is inline with the direction we are headed towards a full 3d implementation, as individual 3d models require a bit more detail and space than a single tile, and data structure therefore is paramount.
if you miss the "classic" tilesets, dont worry I'll put them up as seperate data addon packs shortly.
