Armchair Empire posted a <a href=http://www.armchairempire.com/Reviews/PC%20Games/blade-sword.htm>short preview[/url] of Blade&Sword giving it 4/10 recommending to get Diablo 2 instead.

Action is a simple point-and-click made more interesting with the equipping of multiple weapons and skills using a complex but learnable control system combining the keyboard and mouse. Clicking or right-clicking an enemy will attack them or use a skill, using some amount of Chi depending on the attack. Combining different fighting techniques can lead to some cool combinations and battles, although it's unlikely that you'll play long enough to get to use them properly. Each of the three different characters begin with different skills but they basically learn the same thing throughout the game. There's no individual character creation à la Diablo 2. There is, however, a lot of monotony fighting the same way over and over again to get to the next village/monster/whatever, which makes the fighting system lose its appeal very quickly
Yeah, and there is no monotony fighting in D2 whatsoever
