There's an update over at the Explorations RPG Engine page, for those who are looking to play something that lets you craft your own CRPGs fairly painlessly or for those looking for something to do until Blades of Avernum's Windows version to be released. Here's a clip:

Hi guys! I'm really excited about the latest version of Explorations. I've used the editor 100% error free, for the past 2 weeks to work on my first commercial role playing game. You can get a preview of the game by checking out the NEW screenshots. This game will use the DarkLands Game Library within a medieval genre. Sweet huh?

I've clean out the forums and re-organized the site for a more professional look. Explorations is pushing forward! If you haven't taken the time to check it out, you don't know what you're missing. If you are new to Explorations, feel free to visit the forums and request help. I am having the documentation proof-read and edited for clarity. What?- Is that a light at the end of the tunnel?

As Explorations has become more popular, I've remove all email links from this website. If you have any questions please post them in the Forums.

What's New?
  • Exporting .ECHR objects also packages any sound files attached to the characters.
  • Improved MapObjects to affect sprite instant key.
  • More resources! Awesome Landscapes, Mountains, Trees, and Screenshots of my new game!

I can relate to the removing the email thing. I came back from not having internet access for two weeks and found 1323 emails in my box, mostly spam.
