Gamer's Click has posted their take on Morrowind: Tribunal, giving it a 76%. Here's the conclusion, since that's all I could cut and paste without getting a comment clippet in there too:

While the concept of an expansion pack is always a difficult challenge, Bethesda Softworks did a wonderful job - especially with the introduction of pack mules, mercenaries and the upgrades to features such as the journal (w/ notes now being able to be added) being fairly nice.  However, despite this solid job be warned that this game is not meant for the newbie Elder Scrolls player, and while I would advise picking it up along with the regular game if you don't yet have it I wouldn't suggest actually playing through the quests until you've completed Morrowind.  Would I recommend that you go out and purchase this title?  Honestly, yes.  Why?  Simple; it's one of the better expansion packs we've seen this year and if you already own Morrowind or it looks like you might than you will certainly want this expansion pack to whet your thirst for more after you complete the first campaign.  Be warned though, if you enjoyed Morrowind solely for the non-linear gameplay it offered you will be disappointed with this expansion pack as its new campaign is much more linear (albeit better organized) and doesn't have any guild-specific questions to offer the gamer.

Pack guars are always nice. I'm surprised they weren't in there originally.
