    This is 侠客英雄传XP, a remake of an old Wuxia rpg 侠客英雄传3 by 精讯, a Taiwan developer and released in 2005. The title 侠客英雄传 means 'Legend of Martial Hero' in English. The original game was released in 1997 and eclipsed by Legend of Sword and Fairy 1. Not a very well-known game even in Chinese community.

I stumbled on this post and believe the game you are looking for is Xenoage ,or its enhanced version Xenoage plus (Chinese title: 时空幻境/永恒之星 ). made by a Korean company Gamasoft. Not a popular game but there is still a small Chinese community dedicated to this franchise...
