Recently Firefox has been acting up when I try to acces the codex fora. It force-closes, says it encountered an error, and the option to try and restart the same web-pages pops up. If I accept and let it try to open the codex again, the same shit happens.

The weird thing though is that it's not consistent. Sometimes everything works perfectly, no problems with browsing the fora, but after a while, the problem reappears.

I'm not quite sure where the problem lies. I'm typing this post using Internet Explorer.. I'd rather not have to keep resorting to this..

Any bright ideas?

Sounds like a problem with one of the ads if its intermittent. Try and screenshot and post the errors or something when it happens.

Might very well be one of the ads. Seems my antivirus/firewall program was behind it. I got this error message when I took a closer look at the problem:

So, apparently the "antiphishing" part of my antivirus program force-closes firefox..
Haven't had any problems previously with Bullguard antivirus though. Meh. :M

Insert clever insult here
Jesus Christ on a Pogo-stick, I couldn't access Codex for 48 hours or so, for apparently no reason. FUCKING O2, they have just ensured that I will never, ever, became their full-time client.
