Bad Day L.A. had some weapons like that, a spray can with a zippo was one in the game IIRC. Game itself is kinda shitty according to professional reviews but I have a physical copy of it somewhere.
In XIII you can beat people with chairs and throw broken glass, always loved that shit, game itself is a great single player FPS.
