Greetings, all!

Does a Large creature (like Oohlgrist) who holds a 2H weapon (like a polearm) get 1.5x STR to damage? Is there a notable detriment to using large shields instead of bucklers? Any benefit to TWFing with 2 handers?

UPDATE: A Large creature wielding a 2H weapon (which becomes 1H) and a buckler still suffers the -1 accuracy penalty for wearing a buckler while 2 handing.

-While 2 handing, this Large creature gets 1.5x STR bonus to damage.

-It's possible to wield a 2H weapon and a small or large shield in the other hand, but this only gives 1x STR bonus to damage instead of 1.5x.

This seems wrong; the buckler penalty should apply if and only if a character's second hand is helping to wield their weapon.

While 2 handing, this Large creature gets 1.5x STR bonus to damage.

It's possible to wield a 2H weapon and a small or large shield in the other hand, but this only gives 1x STR bonus to damage instead of 1.5x.

These both seems fine; the 1.5x bonus should also apply if and only if a character's second hand is helping to wield their weapon.
