Need help to identify an old game

In early 90s I played a demo of a DOS game. There was a top down view and a female protagonist driving a vehicle in a sci fi city. After a few missions the protagonist waked up after an accident as a cyborg. The demo ended there. Do you know the name of that game?

Fuck! I beat that game a long time ago, but I can't remember the title, only that I got it from HotU. Let me look that up...
