And nothing of value is lost. I can see that the 3D doesn't add anything to the gameplay or graphics.

Double Dragon was fucking awesome. I wasted so many coins and hours on the arcades on that bitch. Felt cool to play a white guy who could beat niggers, rather than the other way around it is in RL. :smug:

But then Street Fighter 2 came out, rendering dbl dragon type of games as useless.
Not really bro. 3d and the decline of Arcades in the west were to blame for the loss/change of the genre. These games are 100% funnier to play on co-op

What is this garbage. I don't even.

This is the Streets of Rage Remake you want:

These guys worked on this for the better part of a decade and of course SEGA shut it down as soon as they got wind of it.

edit: I see it was mentioned on the previous page. This download link still works though.

If the developer never contacted SEGA about the remake, I would consider giving my support to SoR 4.
But they waited his work to be finished (more than eight years in development), before showing their disapproval, just to make the creator feel backstabbed.
Yeah, I don't think SEGA deserves my money, if that's how they're "protecting" their IPs.
Thanks for the link, Astral Rag.
