Vapourware End State - turn-based tactics by Finnish lunatic - now available on Early Access(!)

Fair enough, my guess is it’s because of the small gun.

Vapourware End State - turn-based tactics by Finnish lunatic - now available on Early Access(!)

Is there actually anything wrong with this picture? It looks like there's a guy outside the house who can see the enemy and since this is a game where guns can shoot through walls (I assume, not seen much footage) there's no real reason you shouldn't be able to target them, even if actually...

Archrebel: Tactics - A reincarnation of the classic Rebelstar.

Why is it that when something receives damage it's visualized as dozens of 2s? It's ok in low numbers but you can see it takes a while if something has a lot of health, and it would be more spectacular to blow away a squad or mech in one go I think. Is it a Rebelstar thing?

    KickStarter Xenonauts 2

Phantom Doctrine has similar objectives to this which I found unpleasant. Timers aside it was very tedious having to move operatives into every room of a multistory building just so they can check filing cabinets. Maybe having more dudes will make the work go faster but I'm not feeling...

The Callisto Protocol - new survival horror from Dead Space creator

Maybe if we're lucky it'll include detective vision an xray upgrade for your space suit so we can have the full AAA action-stealth experience.

The Callisto Protocol - new survival horror from Dead Space creator

Stealth, great. I'm sick of crawling around with my fucking bum hovering off the floor going up behind everything and pressing X TO STAB. Better if a game didn't have such things.

Vapourware Sui Generis + Exanima Early Access

With the new movement system it looks like they've taught the AI to dodge, it's quite good at making subtle movements to put itself just out of range of your swing, as well as keeping itself within optimal striking distance. Dropping your sword and fighting with your bare hands is no longer an...

Incline Remedy's Max Payne 1&2 remake in the Northlight Engine

Interesting, I got the games last year when they were still available but I'm curious about the website, does it usually work out for you?

Incline Remedy's Max Payne 1&2 remake in the Northlight Engine

Or maybe you still can, looks like it might be region dependent. I've a feeling the Americans won't get to enjoy this opportunity for long however.

Can't even buy the originals on Steam anymore, glad I got the games while I could.

Just remake UFO: Defense with modern graphics

It's okay if you can ignore its off putting qualities, though I never finished it. When the game released you could buy it for 50% off and I think that speaks of what you can expect from it, it's XCOM 2 but smaller, more experimental and with shitty art direction and bad writing.

Oh well, free stuff is nice too. Wonder what those balance changes look like...

Vapourware Sui Generis + Exanima Early Access

Definitely closer to the latter than the former, too many bits and pieces floating around that need to get put in first.
