    This isn't entirely true, it would up to each individual player to decided if he/she wasn't to take all of the time to get a "perfect" character. Personally I have never re-rolled stats for any of my D&D based games, nor have I cared to. Not to mention if you plan on taking along non-player...

    They should just do it like it was done in Baldur's Gate 2. It worked fantastically when it came to score generating.

    Will there be bags of holding or something to that effect? Also will items that go into non-magical bags like a gem-bag's weight be the total weight of all gems or just the weight of the bag?

    Is there a plan to make a full blown orc playable at anytime?
