Anime Honkai: Star Rail - It sucks almost as much as mods changing titles

I seem to recall that GBF doesn't have a Western release. What's the easiest way to get it in English ?

Anime Honkai: Star Rail - It sucks almost as much as mods changing titles

I tried this game purely because it was turn-based and turn-based JRPGs are my preference. Never played Genshin. It was fun for about 15 hours, until I unlocked the daily quests and battle pass system. Then you see the game for what it is: a daily grinder that will wear away at and inconvenience...

The Lost Ark resemblance is uncanny, especially the map.

Tales Of ... series - Vesperia out on Steam

Character-wise I enjoyed Berseria and Vesperia the most. Everyone else was alright. Didn't find anyone truly insufferable. Tales combat is a mixed bag for me. Combining artes into combos and juggling enemies is fun. But I dislike the movement and camera controls in some of the older games. I...

    Best mmorpg in 2023

This is a really good write-up on FF14 and as someone who's played it since Heavensward I agree with pretty much every point. I don't think a JRPG enthusiast would derive much enjoyment from this game. Or rather, the amount of enjoyment they'd get would not be worth the amount of time invested...

    Final Fantasy XVI

I was one of the people who actually really liked the initial concept of Versus XIII (dark "modern" fantasy metropolis setting). The countryside road trip that it eventually turned into was a huge slap in the face. But I hate Nomura, so maybe Versus XIII would have been shit too.

    Final Fantasy XVI

It sounds like they're trying to position this game as a system seller. Yoshi P's ambiguous comments about the PC release and his insistence that we play the PS5 version solidify that for me. Making the game palatable for normies who only play GTA seems part of that.

    Final Fantasy XVI

I think it would add variety to the gameplay. Provided each party member's gameplay was unique and related to their identity and background (perhaps a system analogous to classes, like you mentioned). There's no disputing that turn-based is superior but they are never going to do a turn-based...

    Final Fantasy XVI

I haven't played FF7 Remake, but I'm pretty sure they let you play as other party members in that game. And even if the game is a direct "fork" of the FF15 system and unrelated to FF7R, I still feel they should add full party control. No reason not to with the amount of production value and...

    Final Fantasy XVI

Only had time to watch the first 10 minutes, but so far I am not too thrilled. You don’t have any control over party members? Wtf? I had expected them to at least have that.

    Nioh 2

The 1060 had a great run. Possibly one of the greatest for a GPU. But sadly it’s finally showing its age. The prices are indeed shit but they used to be even worse.

    Nioh 2

Nioh 2 is so satisfying to play and has so much to do that I likely will not be picking up Wo Long for a long time, as I'll still be playing this.

Anything to scratch that Subnautica itch?

Not out yet so it could be shit.
