An Early Access FAQ appeared:

Why Early Access?
“We believe that Early Access is necessary for our game to get real-time live feedback on small development updates, and builds that we will be releasing to the public. In contrast to a small sample size of beta testers, Early Access allows us to get a lot of fans who are so interested in our product that they are willing to pay for its unpolished version. This will help us build our community, and grow to create a better game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
“Up to 6 months, but no more than that. We plan to release the full version by April 2021 latest, but our main goal is to have the game done by February 2021.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?
“The full version will have more interactive atmosphere, and environment. We plan to have the scale and consequences of the revolution to show not just through conversations, and cutscenes, but in real-time in the game (burnt property throughout the city, destroyed, and looted buildings, NPCs trying to flee the city, etc).

We plan to introduce different weather conditions to the game. Specifically rainy, and snowy weather. Without the first one, the Victorian vibe of the game will never be complete, while the second one can enhance the difficulty of the gameplay, and allow for a more developed lore.

We also plan to have a skill tree where you can customize your skills further than in the Early Access version. Instead of just choosing which specific skill of a character you want to level up, you will be able to choose which skills your character should have in the first place.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?
“At the time of the Early Access release, the game will have about 20 characters to add into your squad, a thoroughly developed plotline with many side quests, a city with 9 locations that are very different from each other but intertwined in their fates.

Mechanics wise, you'll have tactical turn-based battles on a small straightforward maps. But you'll also get at least 8 classes of opponents, and 8 more unique Bosses to fight with. The game will also contain some elements of simulation/strategy games, where the player will have to decide what choices to prioritize given the scarcity of their resources.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“We plan to raise the price, but only after the full release. At all stages of the Early Access, the price will be lower than the price at full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?
“We plan to be more involved in Steam Community, having the devs answer the questions, and interact with the players directly at least several times a week. We will also involve the Discord and Facebook communities of the fans of our game.”

I'm not sure this is coming out tomorrow.

Apparently alive, aiming for release next year. https://steamcommunity.com/games/1334230/announcements/detail/2984186817521699822

The Game is Alive
Revolution: The Spark will be released in 2022

Dear fans!

Some of you have already seen this news in the Steam Community Forum, but I've decided to make it more official and share the news that we are back working on Revolution: The Spark! And this time we intend to finish and release the game by 2022. We're excited to announce that we have started working on the Spark once again!

We put our best effort into making Spark a reality, but our inexperience quickly lead to scope creep, and as if that wasn't enough COVID-19 soon hit the whole world. The quarantine and remote work caused all sorts of delays, and when some of our relatives, and ourselves started to get sick that lead to the team kind of collapsing. Investments were partially withdrawn during this period. I’m not saying all of this as an excuse, I just wanted to inform you on the reason for all of the delays.

Despite all of that, we have managed to keep the core of our team, and we still believe in our project and we are sure that we will finish it, We spent all of 2021 trying to sustain the team by working on a smaller game projects. We changed the team name to Darts Games, and we plan to publish a few games within the next months. These smaller games have refined our team's skills, and with newly found experience we can create even more gorgeous, entertaining, and meaningful games.

Our main priority has always been Spark, and we have dreamt of returning back to it for a long time. We are happy that we can finally do so! As of now, the Spark is ready for Early Access release, but we deem the quality too low, and we don’t want to deliver unfinished product for our followers. We plan on working hard for the next year, and finish the game so that you guys can enjoy it.

We also plan to stay more in touch with you, sharing development news at least once a month, and keeping all of you informed about the progress that we have been making. We hope to rebuild your trust, and to share the passion that we have for Revolution: The Spark!

Sorry for making you wait, and thanks for still being interested in our project! Keep in touch, and join our Discord to chat with the team members if you want!

They changed studio name to Darts Games from MOR/ANN Games for some reason.

The name makes it pretty tricky to look it up. But they have two more unreleased games listed on Steam.

Also released two games on mobile.

Revolution: The Spark is shaping up to be unique steampunk RPG
The future of a sprawling city will be shaped by the choices you make.

Amidst the choking chimneys and endless expansionist schemings of an empire at the height of its powers is Alex, a military veteran who returns from war to find his country rotting from within. His brother is missing, discontent simmers among the downtrodden, and injustice haunts every district of this sprawling steampunk city. Will you foment the fires of revolution, or mediate peace in this most fractured of places?

That's the premise at the heart of Revolution: The Spark, an elegantly hand-drawn turn-based RPG from V Publishing and Darts Games. It gives you the chance to be a pivot at a key moment in this world's history. As you explore the nine districts of this metropolis - from noxious mines to bustling commercial districts and suburban villas populated by lofty nobles, you will uncover the city's secrets, the greatest of which are not quite of this plane of existence.

Like every great cRPG, you'll assemble a party as you scour the city. The 25 companions you might bump into on your travels have their own backgrounds and stories to tell, as well as coming in one of seven distinct classes.

Each character's unique skillset will affect your battle tactics. Need a classic tank to soak up the damage? Use a Worker, who also doubles as a support unit, or if you fancy being more aggressive go for the Guard who'll give as good as he gets. Cripple your enemies with status effects like 'Bleed' and 'Burn' using your Revolutionaries or Bandits, while from the rear a Scientist will heal your party and debuff the enemy. Don't treat your companions expendably either, because should they go down in combat it'll be a while before you can deploy them again.

Major outcomes will hinge on your decisions - through both talking and combat - ultimately leading to one of five possible endings for the game. As you come under increasing scrutiny from the powers that be, you can lie to authorities to throw them off, side with them, or outright defy them, confronting them through force of arms. Or perhaps you're someone who laughs in the face of danger, mocking those who feel they can pressure you into subservience?

Your interactions won't be restricted to enemies and allies, either. The city is brimming with regular folks - tailors and other craftsmen plying their trade and selling goods, as well as people who'll seek your help during these trying times.

Wishlist the game now on Steam, and follow its journey on Twitter and Facebook.

This publisher V Publishing is the one behind Black Geyser.

Also the developer changed its name back to Darts Games from MOR/ANN Games.

And no more Early Access apparently.
