Fun fact: when Singapore started its national service programme it actually wanted Egyptian troops to train it to cause less tension with Muslims. But they refused and we turned to their enemies, the Israelis.

Not that sure about Saudi, I think a lot of the religious Muslims are influenced by Saudi preachers unfortunately. In the UK they have that dawah shit and make a lot of noise in public trying to convert people, in Singapore we actually don't have that.
