1. we are omnivores, not herbivores
2. there are no moral reasons for not eating cheese/milk and eggs

Actually, most evidence points towards us being herbivores. Such as the inability to produce vitamin c internally, the inability to digest saturated fats and cholesterol, long digestive tracts etc.
