I thought it through. This is a Transmutation spell since its materialistic. Enchantment would be useful as a catalyst for what specific change you'd like to cause. IE. Make someone think they are a duck, then cast a polymorph spell.

The Illusion counterpart would cause the non existance of the original body and its subsequent substitute for the desired body via Conjuration, however it would leave the mind intact.
