domat is tomato in Bulgarian :) also there is home summer cocktail named fantakrastavica,krastavica is a cucumber in Bulgarian. Ironicly is made with sprite. You get a beer mug of half a litter at least,fill it with ice cubes,then add some 50 milligrams menta (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menta) and for finish fill it with sprite,you can add lemon if you feel like it :).

You can always find something similar. It must taste great with bourbon.

It is very low alcohol drink,it fro cooling of during the hot days,it like a beer in a way. Menta is made by mint oil and it is pretty unique. Maybe there is some liquor that could be similar. IF you don't find anything similar go for the classic gin. A 100 ml gin with it will be pretty good drink.

For bourbon or whiskey i would recommend cola or pepsi. It keeps the colour and goes very well with the taste,just don't go with too much cola to kill the taste of bourbon.
