It could be done with grafts and other means, and I wouldn't mind if they turned crimson or black as long as they remain as radiant. If you could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful, even if you simply referred me to a helpful tome. I hope you do not disapprove of the endeavor.

I know there is another outspoken member of our community that prefer ivy and the wilds to a garden. Perhaps you don't care for gardening much either and also feel that playing a timbrel or flute in the woods is more worthwhile, but I doubt it. I will admit that it has its charms but it is so easy to get lost there and I much prefer my flowers.

Or maybe you find the rare ones that only open in the deep of night, shone upon by some distant star or ominous lunar light, more to your liking. Those I care for even less than the wilds, but if that's your thing then so be it.
