I really enjoyed Honest Hearts. The gameplay has some infuriating elements but I think it had the strongest story of the four DLC.

Sawyer's work definetly has better aesthetics, NV and both PoE's are extremely stylish, but it lacks substance and his worlds don't seem alive and NPCs lack character (loredump NPCs duh...). Avellone's work, on the other hand, is full of character and life, but he lacks the sense of style and aesthetics are all over the place.
