yes, I am talking about digitalizing, and not about business only, but also about gosuslugi and all social services becoming forever tied to your mobile phone which becomes mandatory for living while still technically being a commercial object created and maintained by private corporations. On the other hand, digitazing is good for us all, and you as a librarian surely knows it.
