Publisher Raw Fury unveiled a brief new gameplay teaser trailer for upcoming retro RPG SKALD: Against the Black Priory during yesterday's Media Indie Exchange stream. The trailer showcases some of the visual and UI improvements added to the game's demo build as part of a new Halloween update. The update features a new area with a Halloween-themed encounter. As the development continues, this area will also be used to test various features that are being reimplemented following the retirement of the game's original prologue build earlier this month.
The degree to which SKALD's engine has been overhauled over the course of its development is now clear. No wonder it's taking so long to finish.
