You know ... for all the crap they keep feeding us, the pharmaceutical companies were not REALLY the most moral things in existence, sure they cure the ills of mankind but at the same time they PROFIT from the ills of mankind.

Also somehow playing the "I am a doctor" card when you are the CEO/PRESIDENT OF A ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE COMPANY somehow comes up as ... hypocritical, especially considering BioWare started up to DEVELOP MEDICAL SOFTWARE.

The pharmaceutical companies exist to make as much money as possible. They don't exist to forward the health of the human species. Unfortunately. Even if they find a new treatment for a disease, they usually wait until the patents on their last drug have expired before releasing it. Anyway, doctors don't have all that much to do with the pharmaceutical industry. My doctor has as much contempt for them as I do. I thought they were referring to the hippocratic oath: "first do no harm". I was trying to figure out how that could apply to a computer game.

They are like a medical Company most of there NPC's are all cheep copy medicine.

The same god dam thing with a new name.

I was always of the opinion that story didn't matter at all in RPGs. It could be a boring ancient evil rises plot but C&C, dialogs, characters is where it's at.

Hmm..
To me it matters. I really like mystery stories.. when the plot uncovers itself and intrigues me, in a non-railroaded/linear fashion. On the other hand, I despise saving the world from maddened mages, darkspawns etc. like Superman, time and time again.

I like uncovering hidden depths of lore in the world. Exploring the secret out of the way places and pieces together lost bits of history.
