I've just got to say a few more things about the special qualities in the game. One, the script is superb, and the voice acting for it is done spectacularly. Few games get this kind of quality. Two, the lightsaber duels are awesome. No longer is there merely two people hacking away at each other. Your character will parry, dodge, kick, swing blades, etc, resulting in a battle that has to be seen. Plus, the addition of either one blade, two blades, or double bladed swords is great, adding a level of depth to melee battles.

Depth? Because of 3 weapon styles that play exactly the same? Then this guy should really check Quake, the depth of 9 or maybe even 10 weapons would blow him away

In last year's 2002 awards, BioWare’s Neverwinter Nights won for best PC RPG. In 2003 BioWare proved their excellence once again with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic released for both PC and Xbox. This spectacular game amazed us so much that it receives Just RPG’s highest honors as best PC and best Console RPG for 2003!

This part pisses me off because Jedi Academy does much the same thing except the fights look much, much cooler and are actually interactive beyond just clicking on force wave a lot.

This is the last KotOR review I'm reading. I am tired of reading the rants of morons who overhype and overrate the aspects that aren't even that good and conveniently ignore all the bad points that could've easily been done better

And the fighting styles are actually different with pros and cons for each
