Game Over posted this full of hate review of Blade&Sword giving it 50%

Since Blade & Sword is so bad, I’m going to deviate from my regular reviewing style, and instead I’m going to ask everybody to put on their imagination caps. Ready? Ok, imagine if you will...

... a game just like Diablo, except it doesn’t have any equipment, and where character development is so boring and useless you might not bother to spend your skill points.
... a game that takes place in an alternate Chinese universe, and that includes real Chinese historical figures, but is boring because you’ve never heard of any of them.
... a game where way too many creatures can kill you in two hits, but where you need to hit them about 500 times to kill them.
... a game where you have to click a mouse button every time you want to attack (re-imagine the previous sentence), and where your index finger might fall off because of it.
... a game so badly documented you might not be able to figure out how to use the most powerful fighting maneuvers.
... a game where the publisher didn’t bother to add voice acting.
... a game with bad graphics and worse animations.
... a game with the most boring level scenery you’ve ever seen.
... a game that completely rips off the teleportation system and Horadric Cube from Diablo II, and doesn’t even bother to hide it (or at least try to make them somewhat different)
... a game so badly translated (or goofy) you’ll need to retrieve a “fish intestine sword.”

My keen journalistic skills tell me he didn't like the game

Ignorance is bliss, apparently.

My sentiments exactly. It's like saying that a historical movie sucks because you've never heard of these dudes

He's totally right about having to click for every attack. Diablo II--that's the good one, FYI--would let you hold the mouse button on an enemy to continually attack it.

he is a bit brutal, but, except for the chinesse culture comment, its the best review of blade & sword ive seen so far.
ive tried the game and i agree with him on almost everything ( i didnt really mind the graphics, but it could have a window mode, even the cheapest hentai game has a window mode :D and after a few hours i couldnt figure out how the hell to do the "super attack" ... )

All I want to know is just what is this site's fixation with Blade & Sword?

This site posts links to reviews for a lot of game: KoTR, Silent Storm, Gothic II. Blade & Sword is another one of them.

Actually, you don't have to click for every attack. You set up a combo and you just hold down the mouse button and goes from move to move and loops back to the start.

It's a mediocre game with a lot of potential. Given that the multiplayer feature isn't installed you should probably just forget about playing it because it's obviously not meant for single player. The fact that the game's difficulty is scaled up to 8 players makes the game frustrating as hell because every monster takes a million hits to die and you die in a single hit.
