Beyond Divinity certainly sounds like it has some original ideas. It makes a change from the usual rpg start: town/village, nothing but poor leather armor and a rusty dagger, quest to clear rats from the tavern basement etc.

Weird, but hopefully in a good way. I never played Divine Divinity, and I am not impressed by the screenshots for this game, yet I think this could be one of those cult classic games.
