The time flows by, like a river, and in case you're interested in the prequel to Drakensang I'll take the freedom to point you to <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iN0XR7GsSPQ">a</a> <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRFh-ON0qSM">bunch</a> <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moAGkDKdee4">of</a> <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QJ-Hhml3Oo">videos</a>. Yes, they're all in german. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/dtpentertainment">There's a whole youtube channel</a> dedicated to Drakensang.

I actually didn't find the time to play it yet, but it's only a matter of time.

Very good game, I can definitely recommend it. In nearly all aspects improved over the first game.
It's also not as dumbed-down as the newer Bioware games, you actually have to solve a few good puzzles and from time to time you even need your brain...
The humour is quite good, too, the game is full of references to the pop culture, fairy tales, famous books (for example Treasure Island by Stevenson) and roleplaying cliches.

:incline:

But of course, you still notice some elements of the usual ADHD-ready gameplay. So there are questmarkers at the worst possible moments, like when you should fnd an old pirate treasure... I mean, what's the point in the whole treasure hunt if you've a big fat marker on the minimap that shows you where exactly the treasure is located? (but modders are already trying to disable the questmarkers, hopefully they will succeed)

:decline:

What's the performance like? The first one ran fine for me whereas the demo for drakensang 2 chugged.

In general it's like the first one.

The major exception is the city of Nadoret, your main hub and the location of the demo. There you can encounter some hefty drops in performance, especially in the town itself, but not so much in the exterior regions.
