Wanna know Three ways Lionhead Studios can make Fable 3 three times better than Fable 2 ? Probably not but nevermind, I'll tell you anyway.

Give Us Back Our Armor!

While this complaint may seem petty, it actually had a profound impact on the experience of playing though the game. Instead of your clothing offering protection, it was simply a costume you’d wear for various bonuses in attractiveness and toughness (metaphorical, of course, since these clothes offered no protection.) Again, much like the scars, the clothes was strictly for aesthetic appeal and did nothing to affect the game play. This was a critical error on the part of Lionhead. There’s very little incentive for most gamers to play dress-up with their character unless it actually helps them in the game.

Armor does nothing in Fable 2 but changing the looks? What an innovation.

It depend, I think, on the costumes and the body they drape on. God know I play dress up with my VTMB chicks enough. And Elder Scroll Morrowind chicks. And change the portraits of female characters.

I want to be able to kill children in Fable 3. And then, I want to be able to dress up their corpses and shit. Also, I won't buy the game if I can't put those corpses into my house/bedroom/bed. Sorry, I only want realism when I play Fable 3.

not interested unless one of those ways involves burning molyneux at the stake.

It'd be cool (&realstic) if they'd include Molyneux as the Jester at your court/whatever the f*ck it is you reside in

Cosemtics=Stats is BAD. Whats the point of being able to customize looks if you can't effectively powergame from it?

The point of armory/weaponry, magic, stats, and bullshit is to dedicate time and effort into making yourself an optimal combat build. Introducing the idea that inorder to look the way you want, you have to sacrifice building blocks to your all powerful character is just bullshit!!! This is why in Fable 2 anyone who can melee or take a punch looks like a fucking brick wall with clothes on. Or anyone with magic looks like a glow-worm. It's stupid. It completely misses the point of customizing your player character!!!

I want customization to be so good, that I could LOOK like a hulking monstrosity of armor and big ass swords. But in battle I'm actually a glass cannon spellcaster! The clever ruse has succeeded in PvP enviorment, and I enjoy my appearance!!!

People don't pay sixty fucking dollars for a compromise.

I think I would be less surprised to hear that Grimoire had come out than if I heard that Molyneaux had done anyone of these things.

Even at best, you only have 4 outfits and you can't mix'n'match. So either you have modded your game or you are easily amused :P

Change so that your chick became the redhot whore in Hollywood, that scantily clad poledancer, you know, the best looking chick in game? And watch her assets jiggle?

The clothes mod annoy me, because it's not stylish/sexy enough in my book.

And yeah, I am easily amused. Provide the assets are right stuff. Malkavian and Toreador for the win! Any other chick is not worth paying attention.

Why are we still posting Fable stuff as news here? It's not even kind of an RPG anymore.

I agree. I finally played Fable 1 long after it was out with the assumption it would be a 'fun romp'. And it wasn't bad, I spent a few hours going throught the tutorial, exploring everything. Then started the main quest.

I ran down a huge linear thing, cleared out a cave full of little guys then started the main game. Huges chests everywhere, okay, and a nice environment, keys hanging off of statues, no prob. Chests, more monsters, I'm going with it.

Then there was an 'end boss', my first one ever, he smashes the ground like an earthquake, then kills you. I kept going through that, getting up and getting smacked down.

I went to gamefaqs and looked up a walkthrough. You have to (button mash lots) jump around to kill him. So I did. That's when I realized I was actually dieing everytime I fell to the ground. But I had 'ressurection potions' on me. Where the fuck did I get those? I had like over fifteen of them. I click and run and die and stand up, rinse, repeat and finally killed him.

I started to look through my teensy, eensy little inventory and said fuck it and uninstalled. It seemed like a ridiculous game at that point. Really, I have 15 resurection potions at the end of the first level. Shows you how much I looked at the loot. Maybe it got better, I'll never know.

So yes, who cares if this comes to PC or not, I won't demo it. Can't remember the last damn game I demoed.
